Our Return & Exchange Policy
We stand behind the quality of our Wolfpack spirit. You may return or exchange most items purchased from redandwhite-shop.com within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our Pack support team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we get all the details we need to help you quickly.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your package. Returns sent without an RMA number cannot be processed.
- Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip or a copy of your order confirmation. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Ship Your Return: Send your package to our Home Nest address provided in your RMA instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We Process & Notify You: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days of arrival), we’ll email you to confirm the status of your refund or exchange.

Refunds: Getting Your Funds Back
We process refunds with the same care we put into packing your orders. Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return for the refund to be processed. The timing of the refund appearing in your account depends on your financial institution.

Exchanges
Need a different size in that popular Crewneck or Hoodie? We’ll help you exchange it for the correct size or a different color, subject to availability. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
To protect the health and safety of our Pack Family and the integrity of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
