We offer two reliable options to get your Crewnecks, Hoodies, Zips, and accessories to your doorstep:

    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Ideal for faster, tracked delivery.
  • Free Shipping (EMS):
    • Cost: FREE on orders over $50 USD.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
    • A great value option for the Pack Family.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia.

Our Return & Exchange Promise

We pour our heart into every piece of Wolfpack gear and want you to love it as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with transparency and our community spirit.

Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected]. Use the template below for a speedy process.
  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 24-48 business hours with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a return address. Returns without an RMA cannot be processed.
  3. Pack and Ship: Securely package the item(s) with the original packing slip or order confirmation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside. We recommend using a trackable service.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send your package to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
  5. We Process & Notify You: Once received and inspected (within 3-5 business days), we’ll email you to confirm your refund or exchange status.

Refunds: Getting Your Funds Back

We process refunds with the same care we pack your orders.

  • Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days after we receive and approve your return for the refund to be processed. The time it appears in your account depends on your financial institution.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
    • PayPal Refunds: Typically appear within 24-48 hours of our processing.
    • Credit/Debit Card Refunds: May take 5-10 business days to post to your account after we initiate the refund.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

To protect our Pack Family and the integrity of certain products, the following are final sale:

  • Clearance Items: Deeply discounted gear in our “Clearance” section is sold as-is to bring you incredible value.
  • Creative Knitwear: Due to the custom or delicate nature of some knit items, select products in this category may be marked as final sale at purchase.

Our Children and Infant gear follows the standard return policy unless otherwise marked.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your Wolfpack spirit arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we apologize! Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos. We will cover all shipping costs to correct our mistake.
