We also offer dedicated collections for Children and Infant.

However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, manufacturing batches, or photographic lighting. The cut and fit of apparel may also vary by style. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product information or pricing without prior notice.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is only confirmed once you complete the checkout process and we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4.2 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Prices do not include applicable sales taxes, duties, or customs fees that may be levied by your local authorities upon import. The customer is solely responsible for paying all such additional charges.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Your payment is processed securely at the time of order. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4.4 Shipping and Delivery

• Processing: Orders are processed with care at our Home Nest in Louisville within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Methods:
  • Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 USD. Estimated delivery 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping (EMS): Available on orders over $50 USD. Estimated delivery 15-25 business days after dispatch.
• Delivery Areas: We ship globally but are currently unable to deliver to some remote regions and parts of Asia. The customer is responsible for ensuring their shipping address is valid and deliverable.
• Delivery Times: All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Our commitment to your satisfaction is outlined in our detailed Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points include:

• Return Window: 15 days from the delivery date.
• Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging.
• Process: Initiate by emailing [email protected] to receive an RMA number.
• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and approve the return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Final Sale Items: Clearance and select Creative Knitwear items are not returnable.
